My Chia Seed Yogurt Breakfast
This has quietly become my favorite breakfast.
Simple, filling, nutritious, and one of those meals I genuinely look forward to eating in the morning. It takes minutes to put together, keeps me full for hours, and somehow feels healthy without tasting overly “healthy,” if you know what I mean.
The combination of creamy yogurt, crunchy pecans, sweet maple syrup, and fresh blueberries just works.
And the chia and flax seeds make it feel like you’re doing something good for yourself before the day even begins.
This is how I make mine.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tub Greek yogurt (180g)
A shake of cinnamon
A handful of toasted pecans
Fruit of choice, I love blueberries
Method
Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl.
Stir in the chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon and maple syrup until well combined.
Top with toasted pecans and blueberries or any fruit you like.
Make evening before and enjoy next morning.
That’s it.
Easy, delicious, and one of those breakfasts that makes mornings feel a little better.
