Instant Pot Stroganoff (On Repeat)
This is on repeat in my house.
It’s quick, easy, and one of those meals that everyone eats without complaints.
Everything goes into one pot, and it just works.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
500 g New Zealand beef, cut into strips stew meat
500 g of pasta
1 cup sour cream
Method
Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode.
Add olive oil, onions, garlic, and beef. Cook for a few minutes until the beef is browned.
Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Then add the broth and pasta.
Turn off sauté mode. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Quick release once done.
Open the lid, add the sour cream, and mix everything well.
That’s it.
One pot. Minimal effort. And a meal that always works.
