Deconstructed Burger Bowls
This is one of those dinners that instantly became part of the regular rotation in our house.
It has everything people love about a good burger, just lighter, fresher, and somehow even more satisfying. Crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, a good sauce, and whatever toppings everyone feels like adding that day.
Simple food. Big payoff.
The best part is that everyone builds their own bowl exactly how they like it, which automatically makes dinner easier when you have children with opinions.
And honestly, the potatoes alone are worth making.
