Green Hummus

This is so deliciously refreshing and an interesting twist to the classic hummus. The ingredients are pretty unorthodox, except for the chickpeas.

Here's some visual aid:

The ingredients are:
1 avocado
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 can of chick peas, drained and rinsed with water
1 bunch parsley, stems off
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup greek yogurt

Mix all in a food processor.  If the consistency is too thick for you, drizzle in some additional olive oil.

Refrigerate until ready to serve with toasted pita bread.
