Pizza Pinwheels

As fun as this recipe sounds, it's even more fun to make, and even MORE fun to eat!

The recipe is so easy and most importantly, you don't need to wait till the dough rises so it's really quick to make.

Here's what you need:
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cups regular yogurt
1/2 can pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat your oven to 170C.
Sift the flour, sugar, and salt.
Put it in a mixer with the dough attachment.  Add the yogurt and mix until incorporated.

On a well-floured surface, roll out the dough until it's half an inch thick.  Cut the edges so that the dough resembles a rectangle.  Not rocket science, huh?

Spread with tomato sauce and pepperoni.

Leave the edge clean and start rolling from the edge where the toppings are placed (in the picture below, start rolling from the bottom)

Gently roll and make sure edge is tucked underneath.

 Top with additional cheese.

Bake until golden and bubbly (around 12 minutes).

Oh, and one more thing:

What does one do with left-over dough?  Pizza cups!  My daughter demonstrates below:

 Bake and enjoy!
