Oh Matcha You're So Fine

Matcha has been getting a lot of buzz lately.  I'm starting to see it in things like ice-cream and brownies.  It's a common staple in my kitchen and I go for drinking it simply with hot water (and its whisk) or jazzing it up with almond milk and some agave for the perfect matcha latte.

Fajita Bowl

I was recently inspired by a blog post on Deliciously Ella (link to post here) and wanted to recreate it.

This was such a delicious and hearty meal.  It took a bit of preparation but trust me, the end results are worth every morsel of energy.

Soulful Soup

I love making soup all-year round but soup in winter tastes a little bit better.

The ingredients could be anything and everything.  I opened up my fridge, and everything I saw was used.

My version of the babaghanoush

This is probably the most refreshing dip you'll taste.  The aubergine adds depth to this dish and the greek yogurt elevates the palates with its tangy freshness.

Organic Shmorganic

There is so much debate on whether to buy organic or non-organic "conventional" food.  Some  say that local produce here in Bahrain is pretty organic since our farms are not the 'industrial-sized' farms (like in other major exporting countries) using excessive amounts of pesticides and other chemicals.

Popsicle maker, check. Delicious recipe kids love, check!

So now that we have the popsicle maker review out of the way, what better way to test it out than with a fail-proof, kids-approved, healthy recipe?

This is a short and sweet post.  Literally.  Figuratively.

Best popsicle maker. Ever.

Hot weather is synonymous with ice-cream.  But as I'm sure you noticed, my quest for healthy options never ceases.  So homemade popsicles are the perfect treat.
